PesGold cartridges are manufactured from a naturally hydrophilic polyethersulphone membrane.
Combined with 100% polypropylene support components, PesGold cartridges provide high strength, long life and consistently precise particle retention across a wide range of particle sizes.
PesGold cartridges are constructed of a multi-layer combination of filter membrane, membrane support and heavy duty outer jacket. Precision pleating, combined with fusion bonding, ensures that cartridge integrity is achieved by all components, eliminating the risk of bypass or extractables derived from bonding compounds.
The bio-safety of all materials used in the construction of PesGold filter cartridges conform with FDA requirements and the polypropylene materials to USPXXI Class Vl.
PesGold cartridges are manufactured in a class 10,000 clean room, to the quality control standards of ISO 9001. North American Filter Corporation is ISO 9001 certified.
To meet the demanding criteria for ultra-clean filtration, PesGold filter cartridges can be integrity tested and rinsed with l8mΩ water prior to shipment.
Each PesGold cartridge is individually coded with a unique serial number. All procedures are subject to the highest quality assurance standards.
PesGold cartridges are designed to be steam sterilized and will retain their integrity following sterilizing at 240°F PesGold cartridges are available in single or multiple lengths of 10″, 20″, 30″, and 40″.
PesGold cartridges, furnished with a wide range of end caps, gaskets, and O-rings, are designed to fit existing housings without modifications.

- Test Conditions – Typical Clean Water Flow Rate – based on a 10″ (250mm) single module NAFCO housing exhibiting the differential pressure characteristics indicated above, for solutions with a viscosity of 1 centipoise. For solutions with different viscosities consult factory for flow rates.
