The SAFE training program is classified into three levels – Operations and Management Level and an Into Plane Training Rig training. This facilitates the selection of the right course. We also offer tailor-made, customer-specific seminars.
The curriculum ranges from practical basic and refresher courses to more advanced and product-specific training, covering a broad set of modules in the handling and monitoring of aviation fuels. Participants benefit from the in-depth expertise of external trainers, valuable practical experience and courses tailored to individual needs and requirements. Our training facility, equipped with filtration systems, an aircraft refuelling vehicle, an Into Plane Training Rig, vehicle components, hydrant systems, sensors and various accessories, provides a unique environment for hands-on, undisturbed and safe training. Teaching and learning methods are adapted to participants’ prior knowledge and can be further deepened during the courses. Continuous development of our instructors is ensured through active exchange and participation in internal and external training sessions.
All trainings are held at our facility in Germany, and we offer courses in both German and English to meet participants' language needs.
OPERATIONS LEVEL
The primarily hands-on training covers all aspects of aviation fuel filtration and quality monitoring, teaching participants to inspect, test, and maintain filter systems accurately, including safe handling practices.
Target groups: Service, Technical and Operations Personnel.
Objectives: Implement quality standards, gain knowledge for process optimization and safe handling, and better understand the interaction between filter systems and fuel monitoring technology.
MANAGEMENT LEVEL
The course provides decision-makers with a focused, in-depth understanding of filtration and fuel monitoring technology, offering a holistic view of fuel quality management and oversight. Trainers address specific focus areas and balance operational excellence with quality.
Target groups: Operations managers, project managers, technical managers, managers with a general interest in filtration.
Objectives: Elaborate case studies, raise awareness of the challenges in dealing with aviation fuel, increase understanding of the requirements set by legal regulations and industry standards, and highlight the advantages and benefits of management systems.
INTO PLANE TRAINING RIG
The course provides hands-on training in fuelling system operations, focusing on pressure control system testing and troubleshooting. Trainers emphasize practical skills and technical knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Target groups: Into Plane Agents, Operational maintenance, Equipment & design fuelling vehicles.
Objectives: Develop skills in pressure control system testing and fuelling systems, expand knowledge of system adjustments, and improve troubleshooting expertise.
