Your Responsibilites
Primary Focus: Event & Organizational Support
- Assist in organizing training courses, workshops, events, and trade shows
- Manage participant registrations and pre-event communication
- Prepare meeting and event rooms
- Create, print, and compile event materials and documentation
- Coordinate catering and on-site logistics
- Support and supervise events on-site
Additional Support in Graphic Content Creation
- Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Create visual content for LinkedIn and other digital channels
- Ensure a consistent visual appearance in line with our corporate design guidelines
- Work with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator) and/or Canva
Your profile
- Initial experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design
- Confident use of Adobe tools and/or Canva
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude
- Team player with a good sense of design and aesthetics
- Good German and English language skills
